When the legendary Ian Powrie decided to emigrate to Australia in 1966, his accordionist Jimmy Blue picked up leadership of the band. Favourite Scottish Dance Music features a selection of tracks taken from two highly popular LPs of the same name which were issued in 1971 and 1972.
